Beautiful cottage of 280m2, spread over 3 levels, with sauna and hot tub. The chalet offers an exceptional setting for a mountain holiday. Its location has a breathtaking view of the Rhone Valley and the Swiss mountains. Weekend rental, check in Friday 1pm check out Sunday 4pm (based on availability)

In winter, ski locker from the free gondola for the chalet.

Private concrete road, accessible all year round. Snow removal and salting service included. It is possible to park in front of the chalet (2 places) and also at the top of the access ramp (2 places) The garage is not accessible.

The cottage has a large garden, spread over 2 levels. The terrace includes a high table for 8 people, large garden sofas, hanging seats, hammock, gas barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven and outdoor wifi. The Jacuzzi is on the other side of the garden. The chalet has full outdoor lighting.

Large living room including kitchen, dining room, living room and half bathroom in the entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped Gaggenau. Oven, gas plates, Fridge, freezer with ice cube dispensers and Cooker (water tap at 90 degrees permanently)

There's also a toaster, an Airfryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, blinder, food processor, raclette oven, fondue set.

The TV includes Swiss cable channels, international satellite channels, and a Google Chromecast. A complete Bang & Olufsen audio system is at your disposal, it is possible to connect to it via Bluetooth.

The fireplace is available, wood and fireplaces are provided.
